During your initial evaluation, I will listen to your needs, as we go through muscle testing and a full body scan. We will raise your body awareness, decreasing pain, and increasing range of motion, as we explore how your body is working.
Movement Prescription
Based on our discoveries from session one, we will work through a customized plan that is optimal for your unique body, identify pain patterns & begin to unravel them, and strengthen support muscles for optimal/pain free posture, all while increasing your energy.
Continued Support
I’ll stay with you on your journey towards wellness with on-going movement practice & mastery, as long as you need my support. We will continue to increase your strength and vitality, as I empower you to take these movements and use them in your daily life.
