I've have been dealing with lower back issues for years and went to see Tabitha for Foundation Training. I have been hesitant to do certain activities or lift things.

I had learned about Foundation Training and knew I needed to get my back stronger. I've worked with Tabitha over several months doing the training and strengthening my back and core. Tabitha is extremely knowledgeable about Foundation Training and developing a program for what I needed. She is caring, patient and encouraging. She's concerned with my overall health and she does massage therapy as well.

I've been dealing with a shoulder injury for a couple of years that has seriously changed the biomechanics of my shoulder and was causing a lot of neck problems as well. I tried a bunch of therapies, but nothing made much of a change. I knew that the problem was related to posture and the muscles not firing properly, so Foundation Training made a lot of sense. I had used the early FT stuff and often recommended it for back pain, but I'm glad I got some help in finding targeted exercises. In a single session, Tabitha was able to walk me through some exercises that significantly changed the function of my shoulder and completely freed up my neck.”
